Position Overview:

As a Tool Repair Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to quality service. This position involves diagnosing and repairing tools, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our ESOP company.

Key Responsibilities:

Tool Repair: Diagnose and repair pneumatic staplers and nail guns, a variety of brands to meet the industry standards.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of tools to maximize efficiency.

Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
Provide excellent customer service by offering solutions, guidance, and ensuring satisfaction.

Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on repaired tools to maintain high standards.
Document repair processes and maintain accurate records through our computer program.

Inventory Management: Manage tool inventory and ordering parts, ensuring the availability of necessary parts and supplies.
Collaborate with procurement to optimize inventory levels.

Qualifications:

• Mechanic ability and interest in tool repair.
• Basic computer skills: Proficiency in using common computer applications for tasks such as inventory management and record-keeping.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be able to lift 70 LBS
• Bilingual a plus
